AIRY SYSTEM
Airy Cylinder + Refractory Plates
Noori® V02 Airy has as its main materials the Lightness of the ENAMELLED STEEL combined with the Thermal Resistance of the REFRACTORY CONCRETE, now divided into 06 internal PLATES forming the innovative AIRY SYSTEM - just remove a few refractory plates inside of the AIRY cylinder and the flames will be exposed, dancing and allowing the magnetic contemplation of fire.
PIZZA DISC
Refractory Concrete
Noori´s Pizza Disc allows you to prepare pizzas in a few minutes. It can also can be used to prepare breads, or to support roasters and containers suitable for ovens.
The Noori® disc was designed after several tests with refractory stones available on the market that did not resist, for this reason it is indispensable its use to ensure this feature.
UPPER GRILL
HALF-MOON - 2pieces
The upper half-moon grill was specially designed by our team, with ideal permeability for cooking. The same grill model allows to be combined creating the second floor. Simply attach the kit to the holes and have a larger surface for food and another area of heat.

The lower "orbital" grill was specially designed by our team, and has two functions: to centralize the tube of the Rocket system in the refractory body, and to support the coal on the BBQ feature, when capped.

LID
REMOVABLE
You can prepare amazing pizzas in about 3 minutes or bake any other food of your choice. Aubergine to Parmegiana or a ham slowly roasted in the firewood. The Noori® lid enables the versatility of the wood oven, barbecue, and smoker functions.

The Noori® Thermometer allows the user to cook with accuracy . With it, you can be assure a slow preparation at 300F , or pizzas at 750 F. With reading in Celsius and Farenheit.

ROCKET SYSTEM
MODULAR PIPES - 2 pieces
The Rocket System, diffused in permaculture, starts from the proportion, 1-2-3 to generate more heat with the least quantity of fuel. It is Noori V01's core, and through it and its proportion, all other uses have been added, creating its modularity.Composed of enameled steel tubes, focusing on the durability and health of the user.

METALIC BODY
Cylinder and Burner - 2pieces
The body of Noori® V02 is made of steel with an enamelled finish in two versions MATTE BLACK (matte black) and SHINY BLACK (glossy black), guarantees lightness and withstands high temperatures. It is divided into two parts, Burner and AIRY Cylinder, allowing its modularity, according to each suggested use. See also Airy System.

LID HANDLE
WOOD and STEEL
The lid, made of reclaimed wood, laser cut, has an anatomical shape and isolates the cover from excessive heat. While having a highly insulating property, we recommend that you wear gloves when handling the lid.

side handles
WOOD/Aluminium - 2pieces
The side handles are made of reclaimed wood turned into spheres, later cut into 4 pieces. Between Noori's handles and the body, there is a cast aluminum surface that fits the Noori® curvature, allowing greater stability and assisting in movement.

QUADRIPOD
QUADRIPOD + OFF ROAD WHEELS
The new Noori® V02 Airy Quadripod allows movement across different surfaces. Made of carbon steel, galvanized and with electrostatic painting, its design, a Quadripod with a ring in the center, works as a platform where the refractory body is fitted and supported in a safe and stable manner. Each end has an off-road caster, 2 of them with brakes. Before moving it, check the brake.
